The fingerless Calla Mitts, designed by Andrea Cull for the Knitrino App, feature cables and bobbles cleverly combined to form the bloom of the Calla flower, outlined with arching cables. These mitts are so soft and warm you'll want them on all winter long (and possibly spring, summer and fall!) Originally designed to be knit with Knitrino's first small batch yarn, Shepherding, held with our Little Mo base. The first run Shepherding quickly sold but we are happy to now offer these mitt kits with Vixen & Little Mo as a worthy substitute.

The pattern was written for and exclusively available on the Knitrino App, an interactive pattern resource that's a fantastic way to knit and keep progress of your project with all the knowledge you need at your fingertips. You can find the app and the pattern available here.

I recommend alternating skeins every few rows so that the colors blend properly. I know it’s a pain but you will be so much happier in the end. Do it for your sanity and your finished object.

Also, though technically true that superwash bases are machine washable on a gentle cycle, why not be kind and hand wash them? They’ll last longer! You’ve spent time and money to create your beautiful new object. It deserves a little extra love and care! Always lay flat to dry.

Also, also, I’ve tried really hard to photograph the yarns so that the color shows correctly. Unfortunately, you all can’t look at the lovely pics on my monitor. If you are unsure about a color/have questions please let me know. I will be happy to help!

All packages are shipped via USPS First Class, unless weighing over 13 oz. In this case, they’ll be shipped USPS Priority. Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. For dye to order purchases, please allow 3-4 weeks for shipment.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your item is packaged and ready to ship, along with a tracking number. Tracking info may take 1-2 days to appear on the USPS web site. International shipments cannot be tracked after they have left the US.
